Filipino Dish Recipe specialty!
CHICKEN AND PORK ADOBO INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg chicken (preferably leg and thigh) or Tinola Cut
- 3 cloves Garlic (crushed)
- 1 1/2 cups pork ribs (cut into serving size)
- ½ cup soy sauce
- 1 and ½ cup water
- 1 ½ tbsp. vinegar
- 3 pcs laurel leaf
- 5 tsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. whole black pepper
CHICKEN AND PORK ADOBO PROCEDURE
- Combine garlic, soy sauce, and chicken and pork pieces and bring to a boil and simmer for around 10 minutes
- Add water, laurel leaves, pepper corns, and vinegar and cook for 20-30 minutes or until the pork is tender
- Add water based on your preferred adobo if dry or watery
- Serve with Hot rice.
- Enjoy!
TIP: Cook this a day before and store it in the fridge, this is best served when reheated the next day
