Pinoy Pork Barbecue Ingredients
1kg pork tenderloins
3 tbsp. Hoisin sauce
4 tbsp.soy sauce
Salt
4 tbsp. sugar
Calamansi
Mix all Ingedients and marinate
for 1-2 hours. The longer, the better.
Put the tenderloins in a baking
tray and cover with foil. You may also put the pork in skewers.
Bake in a preheated 350c oven for
around 20-30 minutes. Rub it occasionally with the marinade
Serve with your favorite sauce or
dip
